Club 12 Alcoholics Anonymous

Dear Members,

                Are next big event is the Rummage Sale which will be held on April 2nd.  The container is already in the parking lot so bring your used furniture, appliances clothes etc., and let’s raise some funds for Club 12.  The key to the container is available at the snack-bar.  This is always a huge event and if you would like to volunteer to help please see Nicole M or Wendy F.

                We are in the process of researching some new computer equipment and software and hope to have it installed and staff trained in the very near future.  This system will enable us to keep a better tally of current dues paying members.

                The building has been sold and the new owners took over as of February 11, 2016.  The Board of Directors will be meeting with the new owners in March/April to discuss our current lease etc.

                We are still looking for a part-time, weekend office clerk.  The hours are 10 – 2, Saturday and Sunday.  If you are interested, please see Jode in the office to fill out an application.

                The Club is also seeking a new Club President.  If you are interested please attend the next membership meeting which will take place on the 3rd Monday of the month at 6.45 p.m. in the old bookstore.

                The Board Meeting takes places on the last Monday of the month at 5.30 p.m. in the old bookstore.  Anyone is welcome to attend as an observer but if you wish to have something put on the agenda, please let the Club Manager know 2 weeks in advance.
